Good pool for kids specially really professional during covid

Pool is excellent, covid things they put in place are good, one receptionist was really helpful but the week after it was another receptionist which was very awkward to deal with made feel very unwelcome when trying to rebook which couldn't be even tho we had done it for a couple weeks before that put me off becoming a member not helpful at all

Went with our 3.5 Yr old and 2 Yr old. Pool was too cold for them. Within 5 min they were shivering. Covid stuff all fine though. Just not great for our young children, probably ok if you went went for an adult swim

Pool as a pool is ok. Swimming Teachers are brilliant, they really pay attention to every single kid. BUT facilities of that place are really appalling!! The changing rooms are terrible. No private cubicals, and only 3 with shower curtains. That place needs proper changeover if wanna still running.

Fine if you want to swim lanes but non swimmers trying to learn are left with no space and lane swimmers are not stopped from swimming in this area. Toilets look like they haven't been cleaner properly ever!!!!!! Probably just a mop around avoiding all the edges. Quite disgusting.

Only been here once. Receptionists very nice and helpful. Big changing rooms and nice lifeguards.
