I attended Plymstock Reflexology after recently losing my mum. I knew my body and mental health needed a boost. I found the room very comfortable and relaxing. The reflexology itself was lovely. I do feel it gave me a lift and the popping I was experiencing in my ear has definitely eased. I will be going back ️

I thoroughly enjoyed having my first reflexology appointment at Claire's. I didn't know that it would be so relaxing. A friend had said she was going to see Claire so I made enquiries. Claire put me at my ease and I felt very safe as many relevant questions regarding any health issues I had were asked. Her treatment room is completely covid safe and masks were worn by both of us. Claire also wore a face shield. Reflexology is such a lovely experience. I am now looking forward to my third appointment and hope to continue regularly. Thank you Claire
