Plus points were service, COVID adaptations and cleanliness. I've given a three star rating as the pasta menu had lots of options that my wife liked but virtually all of them had chilli in the sauce, which she doesn't like. The food was nice but expensive for what it is.

Service was ok but could have been better seeing as it was so quiet in the restaurant when we visited. Food was very average and unfortunately 2 of the main dishes we ordered were wrong. A kids meal, and a pizza. Therefore we had to wait for these dishes to be re cooked, while the rest of us ate. For a restaurant that has so various vegan friendly food options on the menu, I would have hoped a “non dairy” milk option would be available for coffee/tea but sadly there were no such options available.

Very overpriced compared to other places. Food was very mediocre. Family of 5 of which 2 are young kids, we normal spend about 90 pretty much anywhere we go. But here it was over 140. Drinks were the worst for price. The gentleman who seemed in charge was very helpful and accomodating. The lady behind the bar made it clear that asking for salt and vinegar was too much for her to help with. Prezzo used to be finer dining back in the day. Now it's nothing special and the decor matches. Shame.
