Initially keen to do some custom work on my boat after being recommended. Unfortunately over 2 months late starting the work. I had to chase for them to start a few times too. One job went well, another didn't work out, but they agreed to make it right so I paid for the work. Having been let down a few times by this company, I had conversations with them about communication and keeping me in the loop and not repeatedly letting me down and we came to an understanding. Covid came along Unfortunately, but I had been in contact and they took a look at the job to find a solution, however, they failed to show for further arranged meetings for which they did not phone to cancel or apologise for inconvenience. I found the attitude to be that they really didn't want to, or have the time to put things right so by making getting the job rectified difficult it would force confrontation and an excuse for the work not to be rectified, all too common behaviour. I personally received very poor customer service hence low rating

Loving my new exhaust.Fiesta Zetec Sport. Received multiple calls from them, checking that we were on the same page with my requirements, as I did change my mind. Quality outfit. Highly recommend.

These guys just fitted a Cat Back custom Longlife Exhaust to my Jeep Wrangler TJ 2006. This is a 'proper' family run garage, with the very best service and standards I have encountered. Not only was the exhaust spot on, improved performance as expected. But the Jeep now has its true voice returned, after removing the third cat! Awesome sound, awesome garage. Could not recommend highly enough.
