Says on their website they specialise in Shimano reels but could do nothing to fix my shimano nasci. That's not what annoyed me most, what annoyed me the most was basically when I went to the repair center to collect my unrepaired reel, i asked the guy for potential solution to fix the reel myself and was in a slightly more polite way told to f*ck off. Nice.
i sent quentin a very old reel of high sentimental value but it was discontinued over 30 years ago, it belonged to my late fathers, after tehm trying all over they coulndt get the parts so was able to re jig the reel so it still could be used,,, just before it was sent out i rang to pay to be told they had been able to restore it to its original condition. to say i was over the moon was an understatement. excellent value and service with that personal touch. highly recomneded thank you once again...
