Went for interview, filled paperwork in ,passed Dbs and security checks called office and was told royal mail would be in touch for an assessment, called office 4 times and was told the same thing, that was in second week of December 2020 and NOW 16 FEBRUARY 2021 AND NEVER HEARD A THING BACK FROM THIS AGENCY

Such a bad experience with this company, absolutely useless! Never phone to see how you're doing in the position, never reply to emails and never call you back, having to constantly chase them up, 2 weeks notice for them to sort out the other job for me and still waiting. Hands down the worst agency I've ever dealt with.
