Plymouth Removers helped to empty my family home in Lancashire and store items at their Plymouth base. Their vehicle arrived on time, and was expertly manoeuvred down a very narrow track for loading. Items were carefully loaded ( I did not have the full packing service) and catalogued, so I can retrieve items when needed. I had been given plenty of packing materials in advance, so was able to list each item as it was boxed up ( a process taking several weeks) It was fascinating to see how the storage units are actually loaded into the removal vehicles and accessed through side doors, so I could see exactly how my property is stored. As a pre-move site visit wasn’t possible due to the distance involved I had been given an estimate of five storage units to be needed. The removal men managed to get the items into three units by careful loading, which will reduce the cost of storage. The two young men who arrived to carry out the job were courteous, smart and hardworking. During the whole day they took just one short break, and although offered drinks they provided their own refreshment, so I could get on with completing my packing. An excellent service, which I would be pleased to use again.

We cannot thank you enough we moved from Cornwall to Bedfordshire without any problems. The packers were brilliant and then Steve and his mate were just amazing, how he managed to manoeuvre the Double loader as he did we do not no. Thank you once again you made our move so much easier. The three chaps were courteous and extremely helpful throughout the day and approached everything with good humour. I greatly appreciated their assistance in all things. Fantastic experience of packing our items up and then transporting. They were very friendly, but professional and extremely efficient. They made sure things were sorted and made it much less stressful for me. Would certainly recommend this company.
We'd thoroughly recommend Plymouth Removers. Ours was a really complicated five-day move up to Scotland. The office team were really supportive and efficient getting it set up and the two lads (Peter and Taylor) who packed and moved us were brilliant too. They skilfully backed the big van into the tightest of spaces and worked really hard without taking a break. They were patient, friendly and polite throughout. Particular thanks to Jenny in the office for going the extra mile - taking a really personal interest in our move and keeping us informed at every turn.
