Why would you even sell me a burnt and charred on the inside pasty? Only they sell my fave almond slices, even tho I saw a fly on them once. I put up with a lot and still go there, it's almost like a toxic relationship This is my love letter, hopefully they will change for us..

Disgraceful sign in doorway re masks stating that those with exemptions are not allowed in and must stand outside to be served. This is complete discrimination. My elderly father was very upset to discover that I had to stand outside. "Branded" because of my learning disability. We left and spent our money elsewhere.

My elderly mother with a mask exemption card saw a friend sitting outside having a coffee so stopped for a chat (standing) and did not go into the bakery nor buy anything was harassed by the shop to wear a mask outside and also told she must fill in a track and trace form, after refusing because 1 she isn't a customer 2, its open air and 3, its not law she was told by the staff she is now banned from the shop for life. You are a total disgrace and power hungry! This is not how you treat people!

Don’t visit here for coffee. Truly awful coffee. Latte a mug full of milky water, no taste of coffee. Americano had to go back as had no coffee taste. Asked for it to be replaced & for put less water to be put in. Watched the lady make it & saw how quickly the coffee ran through on their barista machine. Mentioned this to her, ‘we’re not Costa’ was the reply. No point in having ‘hand roasted in Cornwall’ on your coffee cups if you can’t taste the coffee Try calibrating your coffee machine
