Each time I wait to have something delivered I end up with a \Something for you\ card.The employees always knock on the door and then leave a few seconds after instead of ringing the door bell! As I am far away from the front door I can't hear them knocking...

I have been collecting my parcels from here for a few years now and one member of staff Rebecca Marshall is always really friendly and helpful and finds my parcels really quickly which always makes me happy, great staff member! On the other hand there is a really miserable man who never smiles with long hair , I’ve tried being polite but he’s rude , I don’t think he should be working with the public sorry but there is no need to be like that ! Rebecca Marshall however is class
