Really easy process booking with Safestore, and the staff are are really helpful when booking you in and showing you around etc. It's brilliant that there's 24 hours access too! Anna who helped us book in and showed us around at the Plymouth Safestore was brilliant. She was really friendly, helpful and just made the whole experience really relaxed!

The staff at Safestore Plymouth, especially Anna, were really helpful and knowledgeable when I made the booking. Anna listened carefully to what I needed and was able to accurately estimate the amount of storage I needed. This turned out to be exactly right. The paperwork bit was easy and quick. Staff weren’t pushy or salesy. The facility is immaculate - clean and easy to access with a good size loading bay and goods lift. Couldn’t be more impressed.
