Wish I could give them -1 star. It's disgusting how they won't accept to sell you anything if you don't have a trade card. Like isn't my money good for them? Not to mention the staff's attitude...

Staff working at Sallys for the last 1,5 year is spreading nasty news about me , being horrible boss and nasty person all to put off people who wants to rent chair or rooms in my salon. Staff member was organizing meetings in local Premier shop to tell local people: "it is is patriotic thing to do to show Eastern Europeans, opening salons in Plymouth, to not to let them to take over our country and we need to punish them, giving Jenna's example, making her bankrupt". She also encourage women from Chinese Place next door to set up her hair bleaching and walking out from salon with bleach on her hair to sue me for 10K and making my hairdresser to leave work. My last hairdresser was the next their set up to destroy my reputation with not showing up for appointments, being not loyal and leaving nasty comments all around Facebook. For the last year I was homeless, hungry, sick, depress, my 84 years old sick parents has to straggle to pay my bills and Sallys staff is still telling people interested in buying my salon the same thing, because they want me and my family to loose all my life savings. All foreign hairdressers and beauticians be careful, because they will be doing the same thing to you.

Awful. Terrible. Had the pleasure of meeting the brash sales assistant with frazzled blonde hair and super long talon nails, she couldn't of made it any clearer that she was no help. Don't ask for advice if you don't want to be offended on your technical capabilities. Also staff are not interested in you if you don't hold a trade card (not just on this occasion, every occasion!)
