Friendly staff, handled inability to use a mask well with no signs of pressure when business took until 20 minutes after closing time. A Select branch with Santander WiFi and O2 customer WiFi that... just ... works to the open coach waiting area and Google locker at the rear is also handy.

The staff have all been so kind and helpful every single time I've been. They are always friendly and welcoming as well as dedicated to the customers. Makes a real change from other banks.
