Not the best to be fair. I assume that the general service offering is trained down from above! I went in asked if they sold drill bits for ceramic tiles? 'Check the book' I was told. OK I will but you do sell them? 'have a look in the book' I was told! You know what guys, I went elsewhere and I won't return, but perhaps not an issue for you. Personally I don't want to be waited on hand and foot but zero effort doesn't get my money. To anyone reading, I can't tell you not to use them as your experience may be better. I hope so.

For a Sunday there was plenty of staff available which was great so was served very quickly

Great service as usual even in these unprecedented times. Ordered online for collection. Only negative would be parking isn't plentiful at this branch and can be full, like most builders they will just park anywhere they like ;)
