Seen it advertised on TV so as I needed a sofa why not. Full Corona virus rules applied here. Was warmly greeted as I walked in and was explained the layout. Had a nice walk around without being bothered which is always good for me. A fab selection of sofas on display of all types and price ranges. And the prices were very good. A couple of the sofas to my eye so will be going back for second look. Thanks for the freedom to look around without bother. Well worth a look .

This company are selling substandard goods at high prices, making promises that sofas will last 20 years plus but in reality they didn’t last eight months! (Lazyboy leather sofas costing just under 5k) Their standard reply for sagging seats is ‘natural settlement’ and making sure you ‘dress’ the sofa and rotate seats! Quite how rotating seats will stop them sagging I’ll never know! After months of stress and frustration trying to sort this out, I took them to court - they finally settled out of court by collecting and refunding my money so obviously weren’t confident in defending their products. Before thinking about buying from this awful company, have a look on Facebook at SCS complaints - you’ll see how many people feel the same way as me. I wish I’d seen it before I purchased - I would have run a mile!

Absolutely brilliant. The staff were very helpful especially the manager Josh who went above and beyond. Products are very good and better priced than their nearest competitors. Would recommend to family and friends.

I saw the sofa on line that I wanted but went to the shop to look at others and see the sofa up close. Wasn’t disappointed. Very warm welcome when we arrived. Full social distancing rules in place and these were explained to us as we arrived. Made to feel welcome and the staff even apologised because they couldn’t give us a tea or coffee. Had a very helpful cheerful and quite funny salesman Paul Hillier who helped us through everything. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything without being pushy and without trying to sell us things we didn’t want. All the paperwork came through via email straight away. I am waiting for my new sofas to arrive in October and hopefully everything will be in order. and I will remain so happy and pleased we chose ScS.

Mark was extremely helpful and informative. He was genuinely interested in what we wanted and showed us a number of options that would suit our needs and budget. When we entered the store we thought we had already found what we were looking for and decided to compare to ensure that we were getting a good deal. Very disappointed with the service provided, we are still waiting on our sofas, have been waiting over 13 weeks and now told we have to wait a further 4 weeks. We paid cash and was guaranteed Christmas delivery, on every occasion we have been told the lockdowns havent effected the order. False advertisement for Christmas delivery, they have our money and have been very poor in responding to us. We await a response!

First customers in so nice and quiet for a browse. We were looking for carpets which were just inside the store! Plenty of samples to browse, all priced and informative. When we had made our choices the calculations and costs were made and payment made. An easy purchase even under the circumstances. Roll on fitting.

Excellent shopping experience. Initial visit was to browse and I was left to do so unhindered and not feeling under any pressure when I stopped to look and try the sofas. Second visit a week later was to purchase which was really easy and quick. I’d recommend SCS any day
