Very impressed with the intruder alarm install at my property. Extremely professional and efficient. When I accidentally set off the alarm, I got a call within a minute!! Fantastic service and would highly recommend this fire and security specialist.
My company uses Securi-Guard for our fire, security, access and key holding and find the service fantastic. They are also very competitive. If we have any issues the service department are very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for these services.
Can't thank Paul Lawson and his engineer Tony enough for reprogramming and sorting our problems out over the last few days.Our match day operation at Plymouth Argyle Football Club will be better for the improvement in our fire management systems. Phoned up today to speak to an old contact.. turns out he is no longer at the company and when asked 'when he left' the reception lady become extremely rude and quoted \it's non of your business\ in a sharp tone. Unnecessary, especially given that she doesn't know the nature of the call. I was infact looking for a quote!! We originally had contact with the guy who has now left. I would have been happy to speak with someone else but after the way she handled it, definitely not!! I will be going to another company!! I could have provided a large contact aswell. Stay clear of these people and lose that receptionist!
