DO NOT USE SHARPS FOR ANY REASON. Absolutely horrific service from start to finish. Installer was terrible and left bedroom wardrobes in a state where they could not even be closed properly. Did not show up on some days and smelt of alcohol on arrival on one day. After numerous phone calls over the course of weeks to the branch and 'customer services' and being passed around to 5 or 6 different people, we were sent around another fitter who came and eventually rectified the terrible initial installation. All the while this was going on and trying to sort the problem, I has being chased and harrassed by the 'accounts' department to pay the remaining sum of money which was around 200 from a 2500 installation. I was even told that this was the fitters' wages and that if I didn't pay it (before I was happy that the works were complete) then the fitter would not receive his wages for these works. Recently the mirrored doors to the fitted wardrobes have started to go black around the edges, again after weeks of chasing Sharps and emailing, we have been told that this is not covered under the warranty as it 'must' have been caused by cleaning products. Despite telling 'customer services' that the mirrored doors had only ever been cleaned with a dry soft cloth we were basically told that the 'technical team' have determined that it is caused by cleaning products and this is not covered under the warranty so essentially they are not willing to do anything. Absolutely disgusting service from top to bottom of this terribly managed company. PLEASE DO NOT USE SHARPS FOR ANY REASON. I have essentially wasted over 2500 and have had no support or responsibility taken from Sharps for their sub-standard workmanship and quality of their products. DO NOT USE SHARPS FOR ANY REASON.
