(ZERO STAR REVIEW) I ordered a rod tube from Snowbee on the 13th of December. I then got an email on the 14th of December from Sam Horton of credit control to say it is out of stock and will get a refund within 3 days. 17 days later and still no refund! This was a Christmas present from my mother and unfortunately have not been able to order something else to come in time for Christmas as I’m still waiting for the money! After a week of not receiving it I called the office and spoke to a women who was quite rude on the phone and said that it can take up to 10 days even though I had had an email to say it will be 3 days. Just a bit of advice to anyone looking to purchase anything from Snowbee - STEER CLEAR! The office is closed for the Christmas period so will be getting a call from me once they are open.
