Montana took care of arranging my car service due to my Covid isolation. All my concerns regarding certain matters were dealt with in a caring and efficient way. She telephoned me to keep me up to date with the collection and return of my car to my home. Dan from the Sales department, who I deal with for car purchases collected and returned my car to my home. The service was supreme and Montana an example of excellent customer relationship

I recently took my Lexus CT200h to Snows Toyota Plymouth, after spending a month in hospital suffering with the dreaded corona virus, on arriving at the hospital my bag containing my mobile phone and other items disappeared. When I came home from hospital I had to replace my mobile phone and being a different model, had to be set up with my Lexus. Snows Service Executive, Montana, organised everything for me and everything was successfully completed within an hour, the work was done in a most professional and friendly manner. Snows Toyota is now doing all the servicing for Lexus in the Plymouth area and I am looking to dealing with them in the future. I must thank you for all the help you have given me.

Couldn’t recommend enough, recently purchased a new car from Snows Toyota. Dan Harrison was brilliant he helped me from start to finish! I had a new plate put on the car Dan helped me with everything I needed to do regarding. He went above and beyond as well as Chris Batey both were brilliant. The customer service at snows is fantastic and I will be recommending to family and friends and will keep making any future purchases with yourselves!
