Just off the A38 in Marsh Mills. Lots of parking. Biggish store with around 80 sofas to check out. Quite a big team to deal with queries and purchases. Reasonably relaxed atmosphere.

Really nice place to shop! The staff were helpful on entering and then left you alone to browse with out constant badgering or sales pitch! Although we didn't buy that day we will definitely be back in a few weeks time to order as our favourite sofa ended up being one of the first we sat on!!!

We ordered a sofa set from Sofology back in August and was promised it would be a maximum of 11 weeks after paying full price since then we had sent 4 emails for updates and had no response back. My partner went into the shop and was informed they had received our emails but did not respond (no reason given) she was then told our delivery had now been pushed back to the end of November again no apology was given. We have since sent a complaint email which again we have had no response! I would not recommend shopping here it seems they have grabbed our money and just left us in the dark very poor customer service.

Ordered sofa Feb 20 with an expected delivery of Apr 20. Covid related delays inevitable, took delivery Jul 20 minus corner piece of corner sofa. This has resulted in me making numerous calls with not one single call from Sofology to apologise or explain. 26 Dec 20 and we are still waiting and have an incomplete set. The latest was, they were due to receive our replacement sofa 16 Nov. Is there really any point in me chasing this up? It has been nearly a year and we have not received a single call from Sofology. No response to my email to the complaints department a few months ago either. I would buy with caution from this company. I imagine if there are no issues, you will be fine but if you need aftersales God help you! There are worse things happening at the moment than a missing corner piece, hence I've waited 11 months to review and allow Sofology to get in touch with an update.

Wide range of quality sofas and well presented showroom. We were given as much time as we needed to browse and then given help by Liam: a very pleasant salesperson who was able to answer questions which helped us decide and purchase a beautiful new corner sofa. The interactive unit was very helpful too. Looking forward to getting the settee.
