have rented with another agent in Plymouth before with constant issues, problems with the property and never seemed to get a response just passed from pillar to post. Was abit hesitant to go with another agent at first but found Krystal to be extremely easy to deal with and very helpful. Any issues or questions I had were addressed very quickly. Sorry to leave them to be honest and if I ever need to rent again I will certainly call sound lettings first!

Never ever will I rent a place from these people again. House looked lovely when I first moved in but after weeks there was damp, after numerous text they never came and sorted it, just room photos on my inspection, my door was broke,anyone could have got in, reported it and nothing got done, again just photos taken... gave in my months notice and had paid for that month and they tried to say I never and when I did it was because they tried charging me 2 months... said I didn't leave any money on gas and electric, when I did. They just didn't go in there until weeks after, oh and council tax, tried saying I didn't pay it and still had a outstanding balance. My council tax was in my hand not there's so the only way in knowing about my council tax was through opening my letters which is illegal. Not a way to run a buisness.. will never rent a property off them again!!!!

Properties full of mice have photos as proof if anyone would like to argue this happily give you all the proof you need now me and my family are about to become homeless and these people are in with the council so don't expect help from them either disgusting never want to deal with Krystal from this company again stay well away from renting from these people else you will be screwed over!!!!!!!
