With ever increasing levels of legislation we endeavour to keep our members abreast with current and forthcoming requirements via regular meetings, newsletters, a dedicated website, and contact with our office. A range of letting-related stationery is offered. Membership is over 750 and is still rising. With an enthusiastic team of volunteers, the Association truly is run 'for landlords by landlords'​. Our Mission Statement: To advance the interests of all landlords, at local and national level. To promote good practices and to provide the essential services, advice, information, training and support our members require.

A great source of information and help. I would recommend every property owner and landlord joins! You get free advice, discount on things like insurance, up to date paperwork, tenancy agreements etc. They also offer training and courses.
