Southwest Funeral Care go above and beyond. From taking care of your loved one to making sure the finest details are done to perfection. Thank you for such a professional & caring service. From the personal touches I was assured Southwest Funeral Care were the right choice of funeral directors for my Mum. The Citadel lounge is beautiful, to be able to spend time with your loved one in such a beautiful and peaceful place. The morale support from the staff also, making sure we are okay and offering tea & coffee. My Mum would of been very proud of Southwest Funeral Care and also the way they have supported my Dad, even after laying my Mum to rest, they have made sure my Dad is okay with giving words of support.

Tuesday 18th May 2021! A very sad day for my family and I! However we was in the loving hands of Southwest Funeral Care who simply made everyone feel at ease! They helped give my Nan the send off she most definitely would have wanted! All the way through they really took us in with open arms and made the planning that no one ever wants to go through so much more bearable! Nothing was too much for them if we wanted it we had it! My Nan was so cared for and really looked so beautiful and at peace. I take my hat off to every single member of staff! Their Funeral home also is so beautiful! So warm and comforting and has real personal touch! This is a true Family run independent Funeral Directors with a wealth of experience! Thank you Southwest Funeral Care! Adam
O honestly cannot thank you all enough, from the moment you took mum into your care you cherished her but beyond that you also had the time for each and every one of us and we are a big family. Over almost 3 weeks we shared some very emotional times with you aswell as some very happy memories. You helped us give mum the send off she deserved and nothing was too much to ask. We love you all so much for allowing us to make more cherished memories with our mum even after she passed. You took such good care of her and we know that we can always still come to you to talk and reminisce. Thank you so much for the amazing service you provided it truly was amazing even though it was such a hard time for us all
This company deserves more than 5 stars. Today was a very sad day for my family, but over the last few weeks the southwest funeral care could not have done enough to help and guide as through this terrible time. They are very professional but extremely caring, nothing is to much trouble for them.
Southwest funeral care! You truly are the best, I now finally have all my 3 girls together! All thanks to you, I brought my mum’s ashes up to you last week i was greeted by Leah and Karen I chose the bear urn and Leah gave me the option of colours to choose from, my mums favourite colour is purple so I respected my mums wish and got purple. Leah handled my mums ashes beautifully and explained the process of where my mums ashes would be sent too and estimated the time she would arrive back. My mums urn is so so so beautiful I am truly speechless! She is definitely unique! Thankyou for making this happen I will be forever grateful to you I will highly recommend you and definitely use your services again! xx
A family run business with excellent customer service. Very sympathetic to my needs and they also managed to arrange for the my mothers ashes to be transported to Southern Ireland. Where they were placed in the family plot, as per my mothers wishes.

Southwest funeral care were absolutely amazing from day one the care they gave my mum was fantastic we felt very welcome, they made sure we were all ok had some lovely chats and laughs with them, the effort they put in was phenomenal. We have been truly blessed to have met you guys you are like our extended family we will definitely be over for coffee and catch ups we cant say thankyou enough forever grateful to you beautiful people xxx
