I went to this Spar shop yesterday to return 2 small parcels, I printed off the returns label there which clearly stated the 2 parcels to be returned only to be told by staff member “SUE” she would only take one parcel with that label & Amazon had got it wrong, really!! I then had to leave, drive home & tape the 2 parcels together to get them posted with a label that had already been printed or I would of gone to another store. SUE was soo rude, there’s really no need for it & no help at all. The most worrying thing is whilst waiting to be served a customer asked & then went out the back area to use the toilet, corner stores don’t allow that at the best of times!! No surprise the PANDEMIC is out of control with people & places not following the government guidelines!!! I won’t be using this store again....... seen & heard enough .... very POOR indeed!!

Staff always friendly and has everything a corner shop can need, really really like the addition of the milk machine to help cut down on plastics!
Really friendly staff, well stocked shelves, good variety of produce, well run local shop. I send my kids here to buy sweets, or to get gas and electric as i trust the people who run the shop. Wheelchair accessible and staff are always happy to help with questions or wants, not only to do with the shop but also other local businesses. There is a hermes delivery service from here that prints your labels and the staff are only too happy to help if there is a problem here as well. I have only good things to say about this shop and I always leave with a smile on my face.
Lady at counter isnt helpful at all, rude and cause trouble to customers. Happened to me twice. Ruining company's good repo.
Always friendly and good products and craft beer selection. Prices fair and always a deal or two sold. Smoking vapor products and lottery available. Delivery pit stop for online orders which I find a god send living in a flat type property. Top shop and service.
