Appalling. The neanderthal bouncer refused me entry for not having a face mask. I explained that I was exempt from wearing one due to a medical condition, but he said i needed written proof of this. The government has said that you do not need proof as GPs don't have to provide one and a self assessment is enough, so the bouncer was making this up, all so he could pointlessly refuse me entry to a shop which is quite laughable really! He was clearly on a power trip and I imagine that was the high point of his day. He cost the shop about 30 worth of custom and I will never return out of principle, and that's hundreds the shop will now lose over the course of a year as I was a regular user of this shop. God knows how many other people he has discriminated against because of this.
If I could give no stars I would, we received a delivery from them and the most expensive item was missing (coincidentally) we rang to see our options and all we received was attitude by the person serving. The costomer service was shocking due to the employee was rude, unhelpful and gave us the only option to buy another bottle (of over priced gin) all in all shocking.
amazing selection
I was standing, deciding if I wanted to buy a subway or crisps and the bouncer decided to just kick me out saying it's not a halfway house. I was really upset by this as I couldn't decide what I wanted. Poor service and a very hostile atmosphere.
