NEVER EVER AGAIN. Not only were they incompetent in store failing to provide adequate info for a trip we wasted an afternoon chasing them for info, we weren’t collected for the trip and they have INADEQUATE complaints procedures relying on the fact that ABTA cannot intervene properly without the complainant paying a fee. Which we would’ve done had it not been more than twice the price of the remedy we were looking for! AVOID!!
