Customer Service has been A and the process has been fantastic. They helped me design my ring from start to finish and found me a beautiful yellow diamond within my budget and were available to answer any questions I had. If you are wanting a bespoke engagement ring then these are the guys to go to. Their knowledge is unprecedented and would recommend to everyone!

Very disappointed in the customer service. I went in to the store on Friday 30th August 2019 to purchase a gift for my Mums birthday. My husband and two children were with me. The lady in the store did not even acknowledge our presence as we entered, but I presumed that was because she was dealing with another customer. We perused the items on sale for a good five minutes and still were not asked if we would like any assistance or told she would be with us shortly. The lady in question was quite rude to my son; instead of saying ‘excuse me’ to him, she just walked straight at him saying abruptly ‘thank you!’ A lady dressed quite nicely entered the store after us and the shop assistant immediately went to assist her once she had finished with the previous customer before I could even ask for help despite having been in the store for a good ten minutes at this point. It was at this point we left. I will not be purchasing the 90 bracelet I wanted for my Mums birthday from this store and I will not be returning in the future. I will instead be going in to town where I expect I will receive the customer service one would expect from a store that is taking my money, irrespective of whether I’m wearing jeans and have children with me. Very disappointed.

Steve fixed my ball chain necklace twice, very fast, friendly,efficient service. Recommend for all jewellery and watch fixing in the plymouth and Plympton area. Didn’t have to leave, he fixed right there too. Very happy. Thanks Steve!

Old Nomad

A great shopping experience with exceptionally friendly staff. Nothing seems too much trouble and am on my third hand made piece. I even made the misses a 2 silver bangles on the silver making course. Love them. Would highly recommend.
