Incredibly informative, great expertise of knowledge. Felt safe in a Covid secure environment, helped me clear what my injury was and gave me a massage and stretched that area out. Will definitely recommend and come back myself with future injuries.

Piers tells you it straight as he can and gives you the info you need to help yourself, absolutely brilliant and thanks so much for the help. Worth the cost and If you have any trouble at all it's very easy to pick up the phone, so far I've had a reply to all my emails too so contact looks great as well.

I visited Jo today after experiencing chronic lower back pain for the past 5-years. Being in my 40s I felt very alone with my pain and discomfort on a daily basis, and no matter what exercise or stretches I did, nothing alleviated the pain. I'm writing this recommendation because had I not experienced Jo's treatment first-hand, I wouldn't believe that such relief was possible. Jo made me feel completely at ease and her experience and knowledge was so beneficial... I came away feeling able to move pain free and I'm really looking forward to reviewing with her in a few weeks time. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone.
