Sunderland Removals were brilliant. The boys were polite and friendly, and really good fun. Nothing was too much for them. They took every ounce of stress out of the move, and did it all with a smile. Superb!

They were helpful & inexpensive. They tolerated one of the most awkward clients I've dealt with in my 20 year career. I found the loading facilities hideous. I question how safe my goods were hidden behind a cloth. All and all I'd recommend them
Two guys(possibly tom and dave) delivered a sofa today that dfs said they couldn't get in the house as sofa to big but these guys carried it in with no bother and assembled it for us and completed in a clean, tidy and professional manner, would highly recommend, top job lads well impressed with the service
Some time ago a worker from this company reversed into me at speed and wrote off my car when they couldnt pass a car on a single road. The owner apologised on the phone after the driver admitted liability and rang his boss to tell him. 3 days later they fraudulently changed their story and stated I had driven into them. Luckily the driver of the other car they were trying to pass was able to vouch my story. Before this I has witnessed the van driving at speed down country roads with no care for the owners contents that were inside. I would not trust this company given the total disrespect I witnessed and endured that day.
Found your removal guys parked in a narrow lane in our Cornish village yesterday, unhelpfully in a place where even a mother and pushchair couldn't get past. There seemed to be a lack of common sense about where the van could have been better positioned to allow people, pushchairs and ponies to pass by. I also found your employees to be particularly rude and discourteous. I'm not usually an irate person but the lack of willingness to move the van a couple of metres back was infuriating.
Brilliant!! Really happy, friendly guys, had the impression they liked what they were doing and seemed like they genuinely cared! Couldn’t of been anymore helpful! really impressed and highly recommended!
Fantastic firm advice everyone to give these very skilled and professional guys moves me a wile back also had a surprise visit two great guys didn't catch there names delivered my sofa again great professional service thanks guys will be using you again in the near future
