Suzy Wills has been my Personal Trainer for last 18 months and she has without a doubt made a positive difference to my lifestyle. Twice weekly training sessions were fun and varied and involved cardio, weights, boxing,running and Pilates floor work. Suzy also acted as a cheer leader helping me loose weight and sustain this weight loss and also improve my balance and posture. I have no hesitation in recommending her as a Personal Trainer.

I have been working with Suzy for the past 6 months and I cannot recommend her highly enough as a personal trainer. She was totally focused on my needs, abilities and goals and was not afraid to challenge and push me. We only had 4 monthly meetings but in that time I came to feel powerful, energised and in control of my body.
