It’s all in the name! We looked at the house and fell in love the day it went on the market in February 2018 and we were moving in March 2018. Professional and helpful but so relatable, what a fantastic team you have at Swift. To anyone looking to buy or sell your property I cannot recommend swift enough. We had issues with a well known gas company a couple months in as the previous owner hadn’t settled up with them, we contacted Swift and they had sorted everything for us within a day. Thank you for making our first time buy such a pleasure!!
Selling my house with Swift Estate Agents has been a really great experience. I have felt really supported the whole time and they really understand the stress and strain you go through when selling your property. Always on hand to deal with any queries and consult you every step of the way, so I always felt in control and confident they were truly working for me and helping me through the process. The staff are all very friendly and always make time you, which really helps. My house sale completed without any problems in a reasonable period of time and I would definitely recommend them to future house sellers or buyers.
We didn't buy through Swift this time but when we were viewing I was shown around some properties by Ken. He's unlike any Estate Agent I've met before. Informed,concise and no waffle. Liked him a lot and we've put Swift in our 'go to' section for when we sell the house in Plymouth.
Booked a few viewings for investment properties in Plymouth with Nick from Swift estate agents. Professional, to the point and extremely helpful. I hope to do business with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Nick, Ken, Olivia and most of the team are lovely to deal with, honest and friendly. However our dealing with the sales manager Tessa left us upset, offended and quite frankly speechless. She talks down to me, accused me of not having money to buy the property because some builder said so (even though we have provided proof of funds and our commercial finance was agreed). She hasn't attempted to call us to get an update on the progress of the sale yet supposedly left numerous voicemails (there was one on a Tuesday and I called back on the Wednesday for her to tell me I need to exchange the next day!!) when questioned about the supposed messages and the accusations of lack of contact from us (btw in that time we have viewed the property we are purchasing again with a builder, viewed another property which we also made an offer on and followed it up at least 3 times - but we never call them or keep any contact???). She has been nothing but arrogant, obnoxious and I can say abusive in the way she had dealt with us. As a property investor I can honestly say that I have never been spoken to or treated that way. We now will potentially loose hundreds of pounds we have spent on legals and finance costs because her incompetence will potentially cause us to loose the property we're buying. If it wasn't for Nick and the rest of the team I would avoid this company like the plague but luckily the rest of the team are fantastic - however will never agree to deal with the sales manager again. I'm not the one to leave negative reviews but we have been left speechless and deeply upset and this is not the first time that we have been treated like that by that same person.
Review - 500 sell your own house inc VAT!! Initially, I was a bit sceptical about this offer, thinking it was too good to be true, so I went into the Swift Sales Office on Mutley Plain and made enquiries. All I needed to do was to show potential buyers around my home! And Swift does the rest! I thought to myself, I can do that! I could also answer any questions the potential buyer may have myself, thereby reducing waiting time for these questions to go from buyer to agents and then to me. I wanted to try and make savings on selling my house, rather than pay the full marketing price. I thought about going with a Online agency, but really for me, I wanted a high street shop to go into if I had a query. Swift offered both options, and when I went into the Swift Sales Office, I can say that I found all the staff to be friendly, helpful and above all very genuine. So, I signed up and paid the money upfront, knowing at any stage if it wasn’t for me then I could upgrade to Swift’s Enhanced Marketing Package, by deducting my already paid upfront 500 fee from final sale. I was so pleased with the Photographs taken. They were really lovely and very professional, without the professional charge, and I was so pleased, (all included in the 500!). My Property was advertised over 29 Portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location. I felt very comfortable showing people around and I was able to easily answer questions. Feedback was given to me the following day by Swift and I was also given a Marketing Report which shows how many people were viewing on Rightmove. My house sold on the 3rd viewing!! I was so pleased! This offer definitely worked for me, and made savings! I would definitely recommend this offer. Why pay more than you need to?? p.s. (There were some really helpful pointers to help sell your house Included in the paperwork).
