This use to be a good company, no longer the case, poor office staff, who are rude when you phone up never allowed to speak to the manager, when you leave the company you're are charged for any training that you have attended then don't recieve all of the certificates, it took me 6 months to get one of three missing certificates, after numerous emails , I'm still waiting for two of them, I've never known a company make you pay for you own training which is legally required for you to work in the care industry, even my p45 had my old address on it, which I moved from over a year before, I was asked a few times by the administrator what my new address was after I moved, which clearly wasn't updated on the computer system. Totally useless. Care staff aren't listened to by management when things are wrong, ie times on the rota being wrong, the clients were constantly complaining about late visits, missed visits, when I was with this company, single carers were being sent into double handed clients, being told by the office that there's no one available to help, then when you speak to another carer in your area, they weren't even contacted. Clients being told that office have rung all carers asking for them to work, and only a couple of the carers were contacted, there were quite a few occasions when clients in my area didn't get a carer on my day off, ALL LIES. Steer clear of this agency.
