Took my laptop in for data transfer and needed a new laptop. They recommended me the best laptop for my usage and did all of the transfer and ordering out of hours. Dealt with many similar businesses but I can say this is the most transparent and best customer service I have seen from any tech repair company. Thank you!

Initially couldn't fix my issue as it was a manufacturer defect but did not charge for the 45 minutes I was there, it's rare not to pay for a service these days. Arrived home and the issue has miraculously sorted itself so something must have worked, friendly and knowledgeable man. Highly recommend and will return in the future for any tech problems. The service is great. I've been to them twice so far, and I'll go again. They were very patient and kind and have not charged me anything for computer diagnostics so far. It is easy to schedule an appointment and communicate with them. All recommendations!
