Great store very friendly staff always ready to help with any problem. I cannot understand why some customers choose to be so unpleasant to staff. I find them most pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work.

I would not normally complain but had too after the service I received on the till yesterday 2nd june. I have worked in retail for over 30 years and have always been told to give a 100%attention to the customer I am serving, the girl that served me gave me about 10% she talked all the time to the woman on the till next to her and sometimes put her arm out to push my shopping down towards me as I could not reach it, if she does not like working with people in retail perhaps she should change her job.
Still well organised and respecting the rules over vivid, shopping easy and fuss free.
Would normally give 5 stars. But lost 4 due to the very rude trolley collector, barged in front of my partner saying you nerd to queue even though there wasn't a queue. No social distancing so we both walked out
Nice clean toilets, covid safe (from what I saw) and good selection of products.
First class store, with great helpful staff
Plenty of variety in store of course, a one way system currently in place to keep arriving customers apart from those leaving
