Tesco shop is ok but staff in petrol station are old and rude and need a good clean out and replace with polite staff with customer care

What are Tesco at Transit Way doing. One minute the entrance is one door , then another, then another. Went there this morning, only 3 tills open. No markings, que in one aisle, then not that aisle. Till staff. Lady with pink or purple hair very abrupt to customers. Come on Tesco, we know you are trying during difficult times, but please get your act together and then stick with it. You had it organised in the beginning - in through the Mall, staff stocking shelves as they went and customers counted in and out and tills well organised.
Less stock and quarter part of the store is empty.
Mind out for the member of staff with pink hair rude disrespectful and clearly taking her bad day out on customer. First and last time I visit this store.
Always get what I need at this store..
