All animals here are very-well cared for, with appropriate housing, *immaculately* clean enclosures, and a great level of staff knowledge on the intricacies of each animal's care and behaviour. I've loved every time I've been here, and it's a highlight of visiting Plymouth.

Great pet shop with great staff. You can tell they care for their animals. There is 1 downside to this shop and its the lack of fish they get in they always seem to have the same type of stock, never anything very special. In both tropical and even cold water. But apart from that cannot fault them. Got this fella from there and has grown so well thanks to the guy who gave us so much advice.

The store is always clean and tidy, staff are always friendly. Love the tropical pet section where the staff are really helpful and the have a few resident animals to look at as well as a good selection to buy. I have rats and hamsters so for me they have a good small animal section with by far a large choice of products. Wish there were more choice for dogs and cats but love their new natural treat selection. Can be a bit pricey for regular treats but the occasional it's fine.
