Popped into the Plymouth branch recently. Really great, friendly make up product advice from the lovely lady on the shop floor. Always get fab customer service at the Body Shop whenever I visit their branches nationwide :)
Visited this store a couple of weeks ago with my hubby. I was served by Mandy who was very friendly and helpful. I have got a body shop card now and will definetly be back in the near future. A very pleasant shopping experience. Charlene was also very helpful when I phoned the branch the same day for advice, she went above and beyond the call of duty. Really pleased customer, who would highly recommend this store.

Great customer service, my daughter was trying to find an ideal gift for secret santa and the store manager gave great advice on a huge range of ideas, and advised her on the best black Friday deals. My daughter came away with the perfect gifts. Thank you so much, will definitely shop in this store again.
