Since making a complaint to Liz practice manager .Who is the kindest manager I know . Ref a Dr who failed my daughters serious condition .( I shall not mention the Dr name as I'm sure he was told by the manager ref his lack of medical care and the horrific effects that had on us as a family ) . We where quickly changed to the lovely Dr Chappie immediately. So profesional and gentle .Dr Chappie should be highly given a reward , without going in to personal issues , he's the best out there . Seriously reccommend him as a Dr he actually cares and makes you feel safe and grounded in your health .This dr is the best and seriously loves what he does as it shows when you talk to him .His passion to heal people and care for folk is beautifull .

Very pleasant doctors and friendly staff, easy to get an appointment and you can get your medication from the doctors chemist in house or delivered. Dr chiappe is very friendly and takes his time with you.

I received a rude letter from the practice that I need to move to another practice because I changed address. My new address was only 1.5 miles further away. There are polite ways of doing things and this letter was not polite, if anything it was threatening and quite rude. Well I will certainly be changing my GP.

Great practice. Caring nature. Helpful staff and waiting times are great. Always able to to phone and get an appointment within the same day and they also do telephone appointments if you ask for one. Great surgery.
