Dreadful service. Slow and incompetent. Went through three of their solicitors. They delayed my legal proceedings, lost my paperwork, incorrectly invoiced me for services multiple times. They repeatedly ignored my instructions and I felt as though they strung out interactions just to charge me. Thoroughly disappointed with their service.

Wouldn’t even give them a star if that was a choice! I had to continuaslily email and call to get a response yet the solicitor that helped me for FREE answered my calls and emails in minutes wish I used her originally. I paid for a service from this company and then had to seek another solicitor’s advice as they couldn’t do there job!!! It has now since been completed but only because I got another solicitor involved. However the family law company didn’t know I had another solicitor involved so they think they have done there so called job! it’s taken a year to do such a small job that should of taken weeks. DONT USE THEM!
