The response is probably going to be, "Sorry you feel that way". This is not about how I feel! I found hair in my food. That's abysmal. It's a disgrace. You caused me to throw up my food. You guys should be focusing on investigating the matter, instead being sorry for how I feel. My review isn't for myself, it's for you! Serving food with hair in it??? One would think that you hate your customers. Absolutely shocking.

My bubble waffle was absolutely delicious. We also ordered chocolate bars thinking they were small bars, they were big ones, winner! The food was delivered early by a very friendly lady. We will definitely order from them again. Would highly recomend the good stuff

The waffles are great, however I phoned the shop on another occasion to place an order for collection. I was told that it would be at least an hour wait as they were waiting on more staff to turn up. I made the call at 19:30, so surely having staff in the shop especially being a weekend should be high priority.
I love this place it is better than sundaes gelato I rate the good stuff sweet and confectionary 10 out of 10 Colin Murray is fab he is funny but most people from Liverpool are funny do u agree
Order was wrong. Food didnt look anything like advertised. Tasted awful. Delivery driver couldnt be bothered to walk up the stairs to flat. All in all. Absolutly awful and will not be ordering again.
