Took my children here and found a fantastic chocolate shop the customer service was amazing. The chap had my little girls laughing and even gave them a chocolate each . He was full of fun stories and his chocolate absolutely out of this world he certainly is a credit to The House That Jack Built. However I did feel this beautiful little shop was in a class of its own and maybe the other little shops need to up their game some what .

Had the most horrible experience in the shop 3 moon majick in the shopping area ..Brought a beautiful pendant for 150 was told it was silver ..I assumed that meant solid silver as the cost was high .It broke in 2 weeks and when I looked at the snap .it was a cheap seal of silver plated metal . The guy in 3 moon majick offered a repair .Then when I noticed it was misdescribed as silver not silver plated ! He got anxious and refused a refund or repair . Know I am placeing a application to the small court to get my money back under the consumer act 2015 ..It's put me off buying from these little shops .. Never again .What a terriable experience ..

Absolutely magical. If you are here go and see Malcolm Norton's shop Top Secret Magic. Malcolm is a consummate professional and you're bound to have a fabulous time even if you don't buy a trick you're sure to see one...just ask ;)
