I have a curved twisted spine that is fused, because of this, shoulder and pelvis are also very troublesome and painful. For the past 30 years I have tried every treatment possible. Two years ago I found the Muscle Clinic. The relief I have gained by the deep muscle/tissue massage and exercise tips suggested, have eased the pain more than any other treatment I have tried. I sleep better and have more ease of movement than I have had in years. If you are struggling with pain and don't know which way to turn, I recommend you try the Muscle Clinic. I first visited the clinic in 2016 seeking help with a lower back injury and general muscle tightness. David was very knowledgeable and provided me with outstanding treatment, soon after a few sessions an injury that had been troubling me for around a year was fixed! (I had previously sort treatment elsewhere which did not seem to help). I no longer live in Plymouth, however I have recently traveled the 320 mile round trip to visit the clinic for treatment and would not go anywhere else. A very clean, professional and calm atmosphere. - I fully reccomend the Clinic to anyone seeking good quality treatment at fair prices. Thank you so much for your help. - Ryan

5 stars Dave and Charlotte are excellent masseurs. They identify any issues and carry out massage treatments to aid respite and recovery. They are knowledgeable and approachable and help with practical advice on how to carry out your own rehabilitation between sessions with them. They are also accommodating in massaging both me and my wife in one session. We always feel revitalised after every session!

Absolutely 5 stars. I was seen by David who was super helpful whose full of knowledge and wisdom from his extensive experience(s) He has really helped my lower back and feel like I’m back on track again in my marathon training. Will be making another appointment for sure. Highly recommend.

Fantastic and affordable, every time my back starts playing up - I pay this chap a visit and I'm sorted for 6 months.. his knowledge is incredible and has even equipped me with stretches i can do at home to reduce pain. 5*
