Organised and efficient right from the word go, these guys stand by their product with a 20 year guarantee and a 5 yearly check up. Courteous, helpful and professional from first contact, through survey, quotation, work on site and follow up call. Carl and his team who came to do the job were brilliant, they worked so hard in the absolutely freezing cold, got the job done surprisingly quickly without cutting corners and making sure everything was perfect. I suspect Carl is a bit of a perfectionist! NPA you should be proud of them. Really happy with the finished result, I have the smartest house in town. Thank you.
