If I could find a way to give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favour avoid this company and go to a firm of solicitors not these people who are not even solicitors. I have had a nightmare with this firm for last 6 months trying to get them to complete what I paid them for in full up front. It’s still not done and doesn’t look like it’s going to be so we are likely to be heading to court to try to get my money back or to be recompensed for my outlay to have a firm of solicitors do what I’ve already paid them to do. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY! If they decide to do what I have paid them to do I will of course update my review to ensure it remains accurate. As it stands at present it is entirely accurate. Update. February 2021. They still have not completed the work I paid them to do but it gets worse. I have discovered they have now lost the original Wills they were being paid to store for us. So now we have paid them for two wills but we have nothing to show for it. Use this company at your peril. By the time it’s discovered they’ve screwed you over you might be dead.
