The customer services dealing with transgender people changing their name is absolutely diabolical. Given that we are living in 2021 its shocking. The 30 companies dealing with my name change have accepted my deed poll including my bank, HMRC, DVLA but the three want an enrolled deed poll for my 20/month contract. If you are part of the LGBT community then please avoid them like the plague and if you are transitioning then switch to a company that care about their customers before socially transitioning.

I visited Three as my contract was coming to an end so I went to the shop to look at my options. After talking to the shop assistant I decided to renew the contract and chose a new phone. I got the OnePlus 8 Pro which is a bit more expensive than what I used before but I'm glad to have made this choice as I am very happy with the quality and functionality of my phone. I would definitely recommend Three both for their products and service. Another great reason for me to get this phone is that where I live, I am able to access 5G service which is excellent.

I have been a customer for many years with 4 accounts no problems ,An enquiry about simply upgrading some phones has led to poor advice and mis- selling without consent, which has have led to 3 months misery trying to deal with their customer relationships team in India. Despite numerous call, emails and visits to stores totalling many hours proving a payment to them it remains unresolved with Debt collection agencies now contacting me a number of times. I have exhausted every avenue with them and still no one in the UK centre in Glasgow respond to my numerous communications. Most of these big companies promote good customer service however the reality is generally very poor. Disappointed beyond belief having been a loyal customer for many years so would recommend you go elsewhere.

Poor service today. Lady put on my screen on my new iPhone, but their was a tonne of dust under the screen. I asked for a refund due to faulty product, she declined and said phone the manufacturer. Just the Christmas spirit I needed! Also tried to pay cash, she said they preferred contactless due to the pandemic.....fair enough I went to use my card.....their contactless is broken so I had to use the card machine ?! Poor experience EDIT; IT GETS WORSE, I HAVE NOW TRIED TO GET A NEW PRODUCT, AS PER THE INSTRUCTION IN THE STORE AND IT COSTS 7.99 FOR A NEW CASE! THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time now. This was the best customer service I have ever experience in any phone shop and maybe any shop ever. I came in wanting to change my contract from a different provider and was greeted by Sam (gave his name because he deserves a commendation). He helped me change my own contract without hassle or fuss (which I'm used to when dealing with other phone providers). We were chatting about some of the deals going on and he recommended a wide array of different services Three provides. In two transactions (I had to go back because a family member wanted to change their contract too) I changed two contracts, bought broadband and a sim and tablet package, which saved me roughly 30 a month compared to my previous provider. Sam gave me great tips on how to use the data effectively and this was by far the best and most simple transaction I have undergone of a sim change. Thanks Sam!

Great shop, the knowledgeable staff are perfect for the customer who is undecided or knows exactly what they want. Helpful and friendly they explain details you can understand rather than baffle you with jargon. Always looking to present you with an offer than suites you rather than the most expensive. A good range and well stocked everytime we go we have no problems getting the model we ask for.
