Never had a bad experience at this place. Cars are always clean and a decent spec. Staff are super friendly and dont try to push you for upgrades and insurance. Ordered a 3 series or similar and got a 4 series GT.

I’m not sure why the previous reviews are so bad, I had a good experience with Thrifty Plymouth. Both the people who served me in collection and drop off were brilliant. Great service, great car and good value for money. Highly recommend
