Excellent quality work. Cody and co have transformed our home. Started work 2 days early and finished early too Very friendly, punctual service and nothing too much trouble. Already here and working team of 3 by 8 30 every morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting decorating in Plymouth area and will go back to Topcoat when we have more work. Thanks guys.

I made an appointment for my boss to meet Top Coat decorators in Cornwall, she drove 3 hrs. They didn't show up. I tried calling, they didn't answer. I emailed, nothing back. They haven't even bothered to explain why they didn't show up. So unprofessional! My advise is to stay clear of this company!
I had top coat decorators to re vamp some of my salon. I’m fussy but everything I asked for was done without a problem. Will be calling again soon to do some more decoration upstairs at the salon. Also he’s done work at my house to which I am extremely happy with xx
Cody painted our basement conversion about two years ago. Can't recommend him enough. Professional, hard working and his finish is spot on. Will be getting him back shortly!
