This nursing/ residential home is amazing! My dad was there last year for respite care after being very poorly in hospital for 9 weeks. We were apprehensive as he had never been away from home, apart from being in hospital. The care he received was excellent! He recovered 100% and returned home 6wks after. Unfortunately my dads health has deteriorated, my mum can no longer look after him. We fought to get him back in Torr Home as we knew he would be looked after like we have been looking after him. The staff, all of them, nurses, carers, matron, cleaners, laundry girls, kitchen girls, all pop in when they are nearby to say hello to my dad. He appreciates this, as do we. We will be forever grateful to Torr home for their excellence in care towards our lovely dad. They have respected my dads wishes in numerous situations, which again we are forever grateful for. Thankyou to all of you.
