Richard and the Trafford Yacht team have been excellent. We bought a 379 from them last year, she was well specified and had all the stuff needed. We wanted to add a few things so as to be able to race her and Richard' could not have been more helpful - including putting us off some bits that would have been expensive and which we have not needed! We won the champagne race in Falmouth week and have a few COGS prizes as well. With regard to their after sales service, this has been exceptional. We have had a few, fairly unusual issues over the last few months. All have been dealt with professionally, with enthusiasm and without delay, Buying and owning a boat should be a pleasurable experience. What a refreshing change this company is! A company who really do put the customer first. I bought my used yacht through Trafford Yachts last August (2013) and the help and advice I have received since has been exemplary. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have been very quick to help when I have come across problems. I cannot recommend them enough, whether buying a new Jeanneau or a used boat they are totally focussed on delivering outstanding service and support. To me they are not just a yacht dealer but good friends and trusted advisors.
