At a very important time in a parents life, not answering calls, has to be the most unprofessional thing you can do as a company. If you are stating that you can only purchase certain items from you, then you need to offer them instead of ignoring calls and put an option on your website to purchase these. I have been calling for the best part 2 weeks, then to drive down to be told I need call to make an appointment. Don't contradict. Sending my child to school with still COMPULSORY items outstanding is not only embarrassing for the child, but looks like as parents, we are incompetent. Please sort your customer services out. You are not servicing any customers, you are creating more unnecessary stress. I understand its a very busy time, so surly, maximise your revenue, by hiring a receptionist.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered and paid for 2 PE tops on 12th August, still don't have them. Had phone call next day to check on sizes and was told they would be ready by start of term. Still waiting!! My daughter did not have PE tops in time for start of term. No-one answers the phone, I have been calling for weeks! No response to my emails apart from one reply to say 'should by ready by end of week', it wasn't! I appreciate times are difficult but they should keep customers informed of problems/delays, not just ignore them.

Just been into this store to buy a PE kit for my son. The Saturday staff are beyond excellent! The lady who served me was more than willing to open packets to view sizes for my teenage son who didn’t want to come with me. The service was so good I decided to buy his new blazer at the same time. I was clearly given advice on returns policy which put my mind at rest should I need to return it. This team are shining examples in delivering a wonderful shopping experience. I’ve received some pretty shoddy treatment in town recently and I am reluctant to buy in the town centre because of this. Thank you Saturday staff! I will definitely visit again for all my sons uniform and recommend any parents needing help to come and see you! Brilliant Warmest regards Joanna
