Have rented the same student house with Tudor Price for the last 3 years and Lawrence was great!! So helpful and if you needed anything done with maintenance etc Lawrence acted efficiently and kept us updated. Would massively recommend Tudor Price for any students that are looking to move into a house for their second or third year of University. Definitely one of the better student letting companies in comparison to some of the others in Plymouth. Will miss the house and am thankful to have had such a great time there.
3 years with Tudor Price with no issues. Excellent communication and support throughout our let. Lawrence was always quick and efficient when it came to moving in/out, getting back to emails, sorting out odd jobs etc. I couldn't recommend Tudor Price more to any student looking for a let in Plymouth.
Rented a property for two years running with Tudor price and honestly had no problems! Lawrence was incredibly responsive over email and phone even when they were silly problems... thanks for your patience haha! This was my third place of residence during my time at Plymouth university and it was exceptional by comparison to the previous two years! The house was in great condition and Lawrence handled any issues we had smoothly and within a quick timeframe. I would definitely recommend Tudor Price!
